Tuned for Barbers & Salons

For Barbershops & Salons sick of putting clippers down to answer the phone.

Your barber is mid-fade when the phone rings, and they shouldn't have to stop. This system picks up on the first ring, checks the right barber's calendar, books the next open slot, and texts the confirmation, all while the fade keeps going.

Hear it in action

The barbershop demo: coming soon

We're recording a live call against the scenario every shop knows: a regular calling for a fade with their preferred barber while the floor is fully booked. In the meantime, listen to a related industry demo and picture your shop on the other end of the line. The recordings are proof the system is real, whichever door you pick. Module 11 of The FCSS Operator Course teaches you to build this exact receptionist yourself, and the AI Department deploys and runs it for you if you'd rather never touch the wiring.

What changes Monday

What this looks like for your shop.

This is built around how a barbershop or salon actually runs: the walk-in rush, the chair-by-chair schedule, the regular who always asks for the same cut. Every flow below ships in the v1, whether you built it from the course or we run it for you.

01

Per-barber bookings, not pooled.

When the caller asks for Mike, the bot checks Mike's own calendar and books straight onto his column. Every stylist's schedule stays intact.

02

Walk-in wait, quoted on the call.

When someone asks "how long if I come in now?", they get a real answer. The bot reads your current queue and gives an honest estimate, so walk-ins can decide whether to wait or come back instead of standing in the doorway wondering.

03

Regulars greeted by name.

Caller ID hits your client list, so returning clients get "Hey James, want the usual with Mike?" Their default service, preferred barber, and last visit date are already on the bot's mind when it picks up.

04

Confirms and reminders, sent automatically.

The SMS confirmation goes out the second the booking lands, the day-before reminder fires at 6 PM, and the two no-show texts a week is roughly what most shops get back as recovered chair time.

05

Cancel, rebook, and the tip question. Handled.

"Sorry, I need to push my Tuesday cut to Thursday" gets answered with Thursday at 2 PM, and it's done. Tip percentages, payment methods, parking, all of it answered without anyone walking off the floor.

Two ways to get this running

Learn to build it yourself, or have the AI Department run it

The courses teach you every system on this page. The FCSS Operator Course hands you all 21 as checklists, receptionist included, at $499 early bird while we record it and $1,000 at launch, and the full Trifecta bundles all three courses. If your hours are already sold to the chair, the AI Department installs and runs the voice agent, the website, the client CRM, and the marketing automations as one connected system, voice agent from $1,000 a month.

Questions barbershop owners actually ask.

Does it work with Booksy, Square Appointments, or Vagaro?
Yes to all three, plus most of the smaller ones. The bot wires into whatever calendar system you already use, so your stylists keep their existing logins and bookings show up on their dashboards the same way they always have. Module 11 covers the same wiring if you're building it yourself, and if you're on something obscure, ask on the discovery call and we'll check.
What happens when two callers want the same slot with the same barber?
First call wins, and the second call gets offered the next-closest slot with the same barber before the bot offers alternatives with other available stylists. It never double-books. If a stylist blocks off time on their phone mid-call, the bot sees it before confirming.
Can it handle Spanish-speaking clients?
Out of the box, yes: English and Spanish at native quality, same script, same flow. The bot detects the caller's language in the first sentence and switches without missing a beat. If you need a third language added, it's a one-week build.
What if a regular wants a barber who's on vacation?
The bot knows, and it'll say "Mike's out until the 14th. Want me to book you with him on the 15th, or should I check another barber for sooner?" That's a real choice with no fake urgency, and it follows the regular's preference instead of a script.

Stop putting the clippers down. Let the phone handle itself.

One discovery call is all it takes. We map your booking flow, show you the bot answering a sample call, and tell you straight which door fits your shop: learn to build it in the course, or have the AI Department run it. No deck, no pitch theater.
