Hear it deployed
These aren't mockups. Press play and hear what a caller hears when one of the five included templates answers the phone — the same conversational style running on the live DeskWolf demo line.
Emergency triage + book the truck
Triages emergency vs. routine, gates the service area, confirms the unit, books the visit window, texts the confirmation.
New-patient intake + insurance gate
Captures the insurance provider, branches new vs. existing patient, and triages emergencies before the calendar ever opens.
Emergency + recall conversation
Detects active leaks in the first thirty seconds, handles the "I called yesterday" recall, and hands off to a human when the situation demands it.
Reservations, hours, takeout
Answers the three calls a restaurant gets all day — reservation, closing time, pickup order — so the host stays on the floor.
Lead qualifier + brief intake
Gates budget and timeline before the calendar opens, takes the brief, and books a discovery call only when the lead is real.
What's in the box
Nine components — seven core, two bonuses. 36 files. Every piece is something we use ourselves on live deployments, except the parts that are client-confidential, which we call out plainly below.
5 ElevenLabs agent templates
One per vertical — HVAC, dental, plumbing, restaurants, agencies. Each is a complete agent definition: voice settings, tools, conversation rules. Import the JSON, edit the placeholder fields, and it already sounds like your industry.
.json · 5 files · import-readySystem-prompt source for every template
The editable prompt behind each of the five agents, as plain markdown. Version it, tune it, make it yours — you're never locked to what shipped in the JSON.
.md · 5 files · editableTwilio BYO-number setup guide
Buy or port a number, point its voice routing at ElevenLabs, test the call. Includes the gotchas — webhook signing, regional pools, A2P 10DLC for the SMS handoff — that cost a first-timer a full day.
.md · numbered stepsBooking + call-log backend
The default is Google Apps Script — it books to your Calendar, checks availability, logs every call to your Sheet, and catches the post-call webhook. Zero infra cost. A Cloudflare Workers version ships alongside it for buyers who'd rather run on Workers.
.gs + .js · two backendsIKEA-style deploy guide
The whole deploy in one document. Numbered, plain English, front to back in about an hour with zero prior voice-agent experience. By the end the agent answers your number, books to your calendar, and logs to your Sheet.
.md · ~1 hour end-to-end30-min setup video
A single faceless screen recording of the whole deploy. No intros, no sponsor reads — just the screen, the cursor, and the steps. The kind you pause and follow along with.
screen recording · follows the guideGoogle Sheet call-log template
One row per call — caller, duration, intent, outcome, transcript link, booking ID, needs-follow-up flag — with sample rows included. The shape that turns a pile of calls into a CRM you actually look at.
.md + .csv · pre-shaped6 outbound use-case scripts
Recall, intake follow-up, qualifying, lead warming, win-back, and appointment confirmation. Each is a complete conversation flow — opening, the three or four responses a real human gives, and the close.
.md · 6 flows · outbound-readySMS booking-handoff pattern
Instead of asking the caller to spell their email letter by letter (they always botch it), the agent texts a one-tap booking link mid-call so they type it on a real keyboard. The pattern, the cue, and the wiring.
.md · pairs with the backendHow the deploy actually goes
Three steps. The guide walks every click — this is the operator-level view so you know what you're committing to before you buy.
Spin up the agent
Open ElevenLabs Agents Platform, import the JSON for your vertical, paste in your business name and knowledge-base fields. The agent answers in the platform's test caller in under fifteen minutes.
Point a Twilio number at it
Buy a Twilio number or port your existing one, paste the ElevenLabs SIP URL into the voice configuration, save. Make a test call — your real phone now reaches the agent.
Wire the backend
Deploy the Apps Script backend in a few clicks, point the agent's tools and post-call webhook at it, drop in your Calendar and Sheet IDs. Every future call books and logs itself. You're live.
What changes Monday morning
The phone rings at 7:42 in the evening, after you've gone home. Before the kit, that call rolled to voicemail and the customer called the next name on Google Maps. After the kit, the agent picks up, sounds clean and confident, qualifies the caller, books the slot for tomorrow morning, and texts the confirmation. You see it on your phone on the way to bed.
The next morning the Sheet shows six calls overnight — three booked, two routed to a human because they were complaints (complaints deserve a human), one no-intent. The booked jobs are already on the calendar. The customer never knows they spoke to an AI. They tell their neighbor your shop "actually picks up" — which is now true in a way it wasn't before.
That's the trade. Same crew, same trucks, same prices — different front desk. You stop reading as the small operator who misses calls and start reading as the shop the bigger ones look like.

This kit vs. doing it yourself vs. hiring it out
Three ways to get a voice agent answering your phone. Here's the honest math on each.
The honest version. If you have more time than money and enjoy the craft, build it from scratch — the platforms are genuinely good. If you'd rather never think about it, hire it out (we'd be happy to be that vendor — $1,000/mo, done for you). This kit is the third door: pay once, deploy in an hour, own everything.
Why it runs on ElevenLabs — not VAPI
VAPI, Synthflow, and Retell are platforms. This kit is the build that runs on a platform — and we picked the platform the same way we pick for paying clients.
The honest version. If you want to run experiments and build agents from scratch, VAPI wins at developer surface. If you want a no-code builder and you're fine inside their walls, Synthflow or Retell. If you want the agent you'd hire DeskWolf to build — deployed on accounts you own, with no extra platform between you and the caller — that's this kit.
Read this before you buy
This is the same architecture we deploy for live clients. It is not the same configs. The five industry templates, the deploy guide, the backends, the call-log Sheet, the outbound scripts — those are ours, generic, and yours to use, modify, and deploy inside your own installs.
What we do not sell, and never will: access to a live client's specific agent config, their phone number, their Sheet, their prompts, or our production backend — which contains client-specific routing, transfer logic, and identifiers. Those belong to the client who paid for them, full stop. The backends shipped with the kit are clean, generic versions built specifically for the kit. They do the same job, on your own infrastructure, without any of our client wiring.
If you want the literal DeskWolf install — agent ours, monitoring ours, drift detection ours — that's the $1,000/mo Voice Agents plan. This kit is for the operator who'd rather hold the keys.
Quick answers
The questions every serious buyer asks before they put a number on the page.
Will this work with my existing phone number?
Yes — that's the point of "bring your own number." The guide walks you through pointing an existing Twilio number at the agent (the most common path), or porting an existing landline or cell number into Twilio first (1–2 weeks, free) and then pointing it. If your number is currently with RingCentral, Vonage, Google Voice, or a traditional carrier, the porting steps are explicit. You keep the number your customers already know.
Do I need Twilio specifically?
Twilio is the recommended path because it's what ElevenLabs' native SIP integration was built against — lowest friction, fewest gotchas. Other SIP providers (Telnyx, Bandwidth, Vonage) work, and the guide includes a "what changes if you're not on Twilio" section, but you'll do more of your own wiring. For most buyers the answer is: yes, use Twilio. The free signup credit covers your first test calls.
What if I get stuck during the deploy?
First line: the guide itself — every step has an "if you see this error, do this" call-out. Second line: the setup video — pause at the exact screen you're stuck on. Third line: email contact@deskwolf.ai with your deploy stage and a screenshot, and you'll hear back within two business days. And if you decide you'd rather have us run it for you, the kit price counts as credit toward the $1,000/mo Voice Agents plan.
Is this the exact same agent you install for your live clients?
Same architecture. Not the same configs. The plumbing template, for example, is structurally identical to what we deployed for a live plumbing client — same conversation shape, same call-handling logic, same SMS handoff pattern — but that client's specific prompts, knowledge base, transfer numbers, and routing belong to them. The kit's templates are clean, generic versions built from the same architecture. Same goes for all five verticals.
Can I resell this to my own clients?
Yes, with one rule. You can use the kit as the foundation for as many client deployments as you want, modify the templates and prompts however you want, charge whatever you want for those installs, and keep 100% of the install and retainer revenue. What you can't do is repackage the kit and resell it as your own voice-agent kit. The configs and prompts are tools you use; the kit itself is what we sell.
What's the backend, and how is it different from yours?
The kit ships two: a Google Apps Script backend (the default — it books to your Calendar, checks availability, logs calls to your Sheet, and catches the post-call webhook, all on Google's free tier) and a Cloudflare Workers version with the same functionality for buyers who prefer Workers. Both are clean, documented reference implementations. Our production backend — the one running for live clients — contains client-specific transfer logic, identifier routing, and monitoring hooks. That stays with us, because it's theirs and ours, not yours to inherit.
What does the agent cost to run per month?
You pay your own ElevenLabs subscription (Creator plan is enough to start) plus per-minute usage, and Twilio for the number (about a dollar a month) plus per-minute call cost. A typical small-business deployment handling 100–300 calls a month runs $40–$120 in total platform cost. Zero of that goes to DeskWolf. The gap between that and $1,000/mo for the full install is exactly the labor and monitoring we'd otherwise run on your behalf.
How big is the kit and how do I download it?
The configs, prompts, and guides are tiny — the setup video is most of the weight. After checkout you get an instant download from your Whop order page, and you can re-download any time. The kit is one folder: templates, prompts, guides, backends, Sheet template, and the bonus pack. Unzip, open the deploy guide, follow the steps.
What's the refund policy?
All sales final on digital products — once you've downloaded the kit, you have it. The only refunds we issue are for fraudulent charges or our own error (duplicate charge, broken download, wrong file). Email contact@deskwolf.ai with your order ID and we'll review within two business days. If you bought the kit, struggled with the deploy, and decided you'd rather hire us — the purchase price counts as credit toward the $1,000/mo plan.
