We hire operators, engineers, and content people who'd rather ship one finished product than chase the creator economy. No personal brand quota. No "AI-powered" theater. Real ship-credit on real software people pay for.

How we work
Four beliefs that filter the room.
If any of these make you flinch, this isn't the company for you. If they sound obvious, we should probably talk.
01
Ship the finished thing, or don't ship.
We don't celebrate "almost done." A demo isn't a product. A prototype isn't a feature. Operators pay us because our work runs — not because it looks like work. Every piece of output here is held to that bar.
02
No creator-economy theater.
You won't be asked to build a personal brand, post on LinkedIn for clout, or grow a follower count to "amplify" the company. The product is the marketing. If we win, it's because the work is undeniable — not because we farmed attention for it.
03
Operator-class identity, not guru identity.
We're the people who install the thing and own the consequences when it breaks at 2am. We don't teach a course about it, we don't write a thread about it — we fix it, document the fix, and ship the next install. Identity matters here because the work demands it.
04
Antisocial by design.
Deep work blocks are the default. Most days you'll write more than you'll talk. Meetings are short, async-first, and exist to unblock the work — not to perform it. If you light up from being on camera all day, you'll be miserable here.
Open roles
Three seats, built for shippers.
Each role has a clear outcome, a defined first 90 days, and a real number to move. Apply via the form — we read every one.
Engineering
AI Voice Agent Engineer
Full-timeRemote (US)Senior
Own DeskWolf's voice agent stack end-to-end: ElevenLabs Conversational AI, native server tools, serverless endpoints, post-call logging, weekly maintenance reviews. You'll ship live agents that answer real phone calls and book real money — and you'll be the named human accountable when one drifts.
Run the True Content Engine pipeline from research to publish: scripting, Remotion video, voiceover, scheduling. You'll ship one cohesive content piece per week that compounds into our funnel — not viral one-offs. If you've shipped video at volume and you're tired of being asked to be the face, read this twice.
Operator-side partner for our Store and Pass customers. You'll answer support inside SLA, ship onboarding flows that reduce ticket volume, run weekly customer check-ins, and surface upgrade moments before the customer asks. Calm, written, mostly async. The customer's life gets easier because you exist.
Four things you actually care about, in plain language. The rest — base, benefits, equity specifics — we cover on the 30-minute call.
01
A direct stake in the revenue you help ship.
Every operator role here has a co-op style upside tied to the revenue line you're closest to — voice agent installs, Store sales, content-driven pipeline. Not "equity that vests in four years if we exit." Cash, on a schedule, when the number moves.
02
Real ship-credit, signed with your name.
The build log says who built what. If you ship the voice agent that lands a client, the case study says so. If you write the email that converts, the receipt is yours. You leave here with a portfolio of finished things — not a paragraph on a confidential resume.
03
No client calls if you don't want them.
Founder takes the sales calls. Consulting team handles the install calls. If your strength is building or writing — not selling — we'll keep you out of the meetings that drain you. Heads-down operators stay heads-down here, on purpose.
04
Real autonomy with a real outcome.
Each role gets a clear outcome ("done means…") and a defined next physical action. After that, the calendar is yours. No standup theatre. No "let me loop in marketing." You own the number, we get out of your way, you ship the thing.
Application process
Three steps, two weeks tops.
We don't do five rounds. We don't run take-home tests that take a weekend. We hire the way we ship — fast, in writing, with a real artifact at the end.
1
Apply with the form.
One page, three boxes: what you'd build, why you'd build it here, and a link to one finished thing you shipped. We read every submission the same week it lands.

2
30-minute call with Vic.
Not a "fit interview." We talk about the actual work you'd own in the first 90 days, the number you'd move, and whether the four beliefs above line up with how you operate. Both sides leave knowing.
Week 1 · 30 min
3
Paid trial project.
A real, scoped, paid build that mirrors the first thing you'd ship if hired. Two-week ceiling. If the trial ships clean, the offer follows the same week. If not, you keep the cash and the work.
Week 2 · ~10 hrs · paid

Three seats. One filter.
If you ship the finished thing, we want to read your application. If you'd rather grow a following, the rest of the internet is hiring.
