About DeskWolf

We ran growth for owners. Then we wrote it all down.

DeskWolf installs growth departments inside small businesses, and teaches the same playbooks as courses. Two doors into one machine. This page tells you how that happened and which door is yours.

The story

It started with phones nobody answered.

Vic Roque builds AI systems for a living. The first ones went into real businesses with real phones ringing out: a voice agent so a Texas plumbing company stopped losing night calls, WhatsApp, voice, and text automation for Claxton Law Group, follow-up systems for owners whose every hour was already sold to the work.

Every install taught the same lesson. Growth is a staffing problem. A company ten times your size pays six figures a year for a marketing department, and the owner competing against it was trying to cover the same ground with evenings.

So we productized the department. We mapped everything a growth team actually does onto the four phases of your customer's journey, Found, Convert, Support, Share, broke it into 21 systems, and started installing it as a monthly service run by one accountable human. That service is the AI Department, and it's still the done-for-you door today.

Then owners started asking a better question: can you teach me to run this myself?

The honest answer was yes. The checklists existed. The playbooks were written, because we train our own people on them. So we packaged the education into three courses that hand over the whole machine. The Branding Course covers what you sell. The FCSS Operator Course covers how you grow it. The AI-Powered Course covers how it runs without you. Together they're the DeskWolf Trifecta.

That's the company now. Learn the machine, or have it installed. Same systems behind both doors, and the only thing we hold back from either one is our labor.

Two doors

Learn the machine, or have it installed.

Branding is what you sell. FCSS is how you grow. AI-Powered is how it runs without you. That education sits underneath both doors; you're just choosing whose hands are on it.

One honest note on the course pricing: the courses are being recorded right now. Buy during recording and you pay $499 per course or $999 for the bundle, lock lifetime access, and get everything the day it ships plus every update after. When the courses ship, the price becomes $1,000 each and $2,000 for the bundle.

The rule we run on

AI does the work. A human answers for it.

Everything we build and everything we teach runs on one doctrine: a named human stays accountable for the machine. When we install the department, that human is a Success Manager who owns your result and answers when you text. When you take the courses, that human is you, and the AI-Powered Course trains you for the seat.

IBM put the reason on a training slide almost fifty years ago, and it has aged into the most important sentence in AI:

"A computer can never be held accountable, therefore a computer must never make a management decision." — IBM, 1979

Proof you can dial

The demo line answers around the clock and walks you through a real booking flow. It's a live build: the same kind of system the department installs for clients and the courses teach you to run yourself. Call it before you believe anything else on this site.

Two doors. Same machine.

Learn it at the early-bird price while we record, or have it installed and run by someone accountable. Either way, you stop doing growth out of your evenings.
