Tuned for Ecommerce & DTC

For ecommerce stores sick of after-hours "where's my order" calls bleeding support tickets.

A customer calls about a missing order at 9 PM and your support team left at 5. DeskWolf picks up, pulls the tracking from Shopify, gives them the status in plain language, logs the issue if there is one, and queues a follow-up, all without your team being online.

The caller hangs up with a pre-approved courtesy code on their phone, the issue is waiting in your support inbox for the morning, and the whole thing wrapped in 95 seconds. No human on call.

Learn to build it in The FCSS Operator Course ($499 early bird while we record, $1,000 at launch) · or have it run for you at /install, voice agent from $1,000/mo

Hear it in action

The ecommerce demo: coming soon

We're recording a real call right now: a stalled fulfillment at 9 PM, the agent pulling the order, explaining the delay, and offering a policy-bound courtesy code on the spot. This is the same voice system taught in Module 11 of The FCSS Operator Course and the same build the AI Department runs for clients. While we finish, listen to a related demo and picture your store on the line.

What changes Monday

Here are five things the system handles on day one, with no on-call rotation for your support team. Build them yourself from the course checklists, or have the AI Department tune them to your Shopify, your refund policy, and your VIP segments before the line ever picks up a call.

01

Shopify order lookup with live tracking and fulfillment status spoken in plain language, with no "let me transfer you" loop.

02

Returns and exchange flow with policy-bound logic: the bot only offers what your policy already allows.

03

Pre-approved courtesy offers (15% off codes, free reship, replacement) for service-recovery moments, texted to the caller on the spot.

04

VIP and high-LTV caller routing plus subscription management (pause, skip, swap, cancel) handled on the call.

05

Issue logging straight into your support inbox with a post-resolution review ask, so your team wakes up to a sorted queue instead of a fire.

The done-for-you door

Doing $10K+/mo and want this installed end-to-end?

The AI Department handles the whole install and then runs it month to month: Shopify integration, Gorgias or Zendesk routing, your policy translated into deterministic bot logic, one accountable human on our side. Voice agent from $1,000/mo.

Questions ecommerce founders always ask

The five we hear from every DTC founder, whichever door they pick.

Does it actually pull live data from my Shopify?
Yes. During the call the agent queries your Shopify Admin API for the order, reads the live fulfillment status, and speaks the tracking detail back in plain language. It's the same data your support team sees in the dashboard, pulled in real time. On the done-for-you side we wire the Shopify connection during onboarding; in the course, the connection is a checklist step you follow once.
What about returns and exchanges? Can the bot really run them?
It runs the part your policy already allows. Your refund and exchange rules get translated into deterministic logic (eligible windows, restocking fees, store-credit-only categories, final-clearance exclusions) and the agent only ever offers what you've pre-approved. Anything outside that gets escalated to a human with a full transcript attached.
How do the courtesy codes work? Can it just hand discounts out?
No. You set the rules ahead of time: which scenarios qualify, what percent off, what max value, what daily and per-customer caps. The agent pulls a single-use code from a pre-generated pool, texts it to the caller, and logs the usage. If the situation falls outside your rules, it offers an apology and a callback instead of inventing a discount.
What happens to calls the bot can't handle?
Anything outside the agent's playbook (a damaged-shipment claim with photos, a chargeback dispute, a wholesale inquiry) gets warm-transferred during business hours, or captured with a callback request and a full transcript after-hours. You set the escalation rules up front and you can change them anytime.
Can I build this myself instead of paying monthly?
Yes, and that's the whole point of the education door. The FCSS Operator Course teaches every system on this page as a checklist you follow, and the voice line is Module 11. It's $499 while we record it, $1,000 once it ships, one time, with lifetime access and updates. If you'd rather never touch the wiring, the AI Department runs it for you from $1,000/mo at /install. If you're unsure which door fits your store, book a discovery call and we'll tell you straight.
